How It Works
1. Tell us about your project
Share your ideas, artwork, theme, or even a half-formed sketch you drew during a parish council meeting. We’ll learn your goals, quantities, deadlines, and style preferences. Email us at info@illumenink.com.
2. Choose you design tier
We offer three levels of design development, from a clean, single-direction concept to a full creative exploration with multiple concepts. No pressure — we’ll recommend the level that fits your project.
3. Receive Your Design Concepts
You’ll receive custom, made-for-you designs ready for apparel. We provide mockups so you can see exactly how the design will look on different shirt colors before placing any orders.
4. Approve & Finalize
Want changes? Revisions are included based on your design package. Once your design is approved, we prepare production-ready files.
5. Production & Delivery
You can choose:
- Design Only — you work with and pay your own printer
- Design + Management — we coordinate the full production from choosing a printer, comparing best prices, ensuring top quality, concise timelines and delivery.

2. Dual Concept Tier: Ideal when you want options.
- 2 unique design directions to choose from
- 3 rounds of refinements (across either concept)

- Color refinement for screenprint or DTG printing
3. Creative Exploration Tier: Our full design experience
- 3 unique design concepts to choose from
- Advanced refinement (up to 5 rounds) and typography shaping
- Print-ready vector file for final design selection and print usage license
